Inclusive Leadership
The "Inclusive Leadership" training program aims to support all Axel Springer executives in developing a leadership style that allows them to lead all employees equally well, regardless of gender, social, cultural, sexual background, physical condition, origin, introverted or extroverted nature or which social group they feel they belong to. The training consists of two parts: Part 1 is a workshop-style training that aims to help participants recognize unconscious biases, understand how patterns and emotions develop, and learn how to lead inclusively. Real case studies from Axel Springer are used to highlight the benefits of inclusive leadership. Part 2 builds on the insights gained from Part 1 and the practical experience gained in the interim phase. The goals of Part 2 include solidifying the new attitude towards inclusive leadership, sharing experiences and solutions with colleagues, and learning from each other's successes and challenges.
